These are 3000k colour temp, prefer 2700k personally, find the 3000k to harsh, skin tones turn a bit grey in my experience

I do find it funny how some people seem to be allergic to the colour of daylight. ;)

Very narrow 38° beam angle

If not these, what would people suggest as a better alternative, there is nearly 200 on the Toolstation itself?

have got some . but beam angle is worse,

Picked some up today. Cool sold out. Warm is great for bathroom, a little bright if anything but can't go wrong at a quid each. I did make the mistake of buying wickes brand warm for kitchen last year and took them back. B & M ones are perfect for kitchen. Trial and error with LEDs so now make a note of what goes where. Sad yes but it keeps the wife happy.
