which is the best mortgage at 35%?

im on a varible 2.49% with santander so this is a good deal. will look a bit more closely for fees and if they allow overpayments.

Great if you can pass their criteria!

I'm tempted by their fixes but am taking a much closer look at trackers considering the fees, if any, should only be payable once
