Wow so pleased i found this in The Telegraph on Saturday! We love using the airport lounges to relax in but we find them a little pricey sometimes! The Telegraph have got a reader offer for visits for just £15 (and absolutely no membership fee!) I can only get this until August but am thinking of taking up a subscription to the Telegraph Subscribers as members can get this all year round! You need to use TELEDP14 on the site to get it.

out of interest, why do people get to the airport so early that they have time to use these lounges? Good if your flight is delayed but personally, I like to arrive just in time for 10 minutes in the shops and then board the plane.

Got two free passes with my amex card in Jan and been abroad twice since then but never had cause to use them

Thanks OP. I will have a 4+ hour layover in Saigon flying from London to Hong Kong in a few weeks time. Too short to go out of the airport and not really pleasant after a 12 hour flight. £15 for a shower, hot drinks, snacks AND wifi is indeed a bargain!

Thanks for this, saved £40 for 4 of us next week. £15 each for a feed and a few drinks in a London airport is pretty good if you ask me. Voted hot.

I used to do the same until I missed a flight after a road closure due to RTA. Arrived at check in 10 mins late.
Now arrive with plenty of time and have few beers at the bar.

Also worth mentioning if you have a high life card (free in the past) then you can get 50% in lounges at all the major airports in the uk

It may be worth checking which airports this applies to though as they don't all have lounges you can buy entry into!

Well I'd go for your method if I could still teleport there but at the moment I have to go by car or train and so allow for any problems.

the chances of any problems are about 1 in 50 on my route to gatwick so I prefer to take my chances. My insurance would pay for any flight change anyway. Nothing worse than sitting at gatwick airport for hours waiting for a flight to board.

any idea why this is being voted cold....am I missing something?

This is only £17.50 at our Airport, not sure how everywhere else is so expensive (Without the discount).

Your insurance won't pay out if you don't leave enough time for reasonable delays in your journey.
Look into it. You also need to provide proof of the delay and not everything is covered.

Thank you for this, saved me 20 pounds

It looks as though this is still available. Can anyone who has purchased this tell me if you buy voucher via the link and just turn up or do you need to book in advance? Thanks.
