I have rarely coasters and I always use cheap discs. I tried many brands and the only problem I ever had was with Ritek discs from the local market. Under close inspection these discs had actually physical faults on the writing side. I think most of the problems with discs are down to people not updating their writer firmware to the lastest version. Discs change all the time and if you don't update, your writer won't be compatible with changes in new discs. And for "not being able to read after several years with cheap brands", I cannot confirm that. All my cheap discs are still readible after 10 years with no problem.

This is a good price and would buy them if I needed some. I would order just 1 pack, try them and order more when I'm sure they work OK (which I'm sure they will).
These are cheap, but is it really something you want to skimp on?
Isn't it only free shipping when you spend over £49.99?
