its well... im sitting on the fence with judging if its a good price or not.. you see.. im holding out to get a tv this size with freeview HD and LED and smart and 3D.... what are the chances of getting all that for £500??

Cheapest I can see with delivery. Heat added.

Agreed FTOdude. I want the same. But is 3d really worth it?

Its around £20 lower that the other lowest prices around but the biggest saving could be on the 5yr Guarantee for only £47.95.

I bought a 50inch full hd 3d plasma from richer sounds about 5 weeks ago for £499 and I'm happy with it, not sure if it's still available ? It's not smart but if you have a ps3 or apple tv I don't think smart is an issue.

It was LG also by the way.

Active or passive 3d? If I went for 3d I would only want passive.

Richer sounds.. Worst outlet in the world... There is a reason they are cheap.

If you make a statement like that how about backing it up with some facts? Otherwise your comment is pointless.

I've used Richer sounds on and off over the past 10 years and never had an issue. Always willing to accept returns even when there is no fault with the product and, as you said, cheap (one of the few retailers to match on-line prices) What's not to like?

I agree with you Jon79, i've used them for the last 6 years and bought my three tv's from them and never had any issues and the guarantee's are the cheapest anywhere

I got a 50" LG full HD Plasma a few months ago for around £470 from Amazon, great TV, excellent picture, my 77yr old Dad was so jealous of the quality of the picture he bought the same one a week later!
Great price heat added from me :-)

Good TV for very good price, and plasma quality is much more better then LCD. The Quality of the picture is near the LED screen quality.

Would rather pay 20 quid more get the LG 3D.

Couldn't disagree more, I'm a bit of an AV nerd and Richer Sounds are the only store I've found where the people working there have any idea what they're talking about and don't just give you derivative marketing crap that they've received from the manufacturer.

hmmmm need a new TV soon as my LG pk590 after only just over 2 years old got a single green line going all way from top to bottom down the screen just off the center :(

i read its not worth getting it repaired? and you might as well buy a new TV?

Not if it's a Plasma, which it is. It has the 'active 3D' logo at the top of the page linked.

whats the difference from passive to active?
    Paul 77
It's the active one, got one set of glasses with it and bought another, haven't even watch a full 3d film yet but it's there if needed.

Happy with the picture and the fact it plays most files from a USB drive etc
