FOUND THIS ON MY EBAY 'SELL PAGE'

NOT SURE IF ACCOUNT SPECIFIC

BLURB:
Create up to 5 listing(s) on eBay.co.uk in an eligible category, starting during the promotion period, using the auction or fixed price format and receive a 50% discount on their final value fees when the items sell.
Before your listings start, you need to have actively opted in to the promotion via the RSVP link shown in the marketing communication.

Also, you will not pay an insertion fee for each of the 5 listing. Listing upgrade fees will still apply and will be charged according to the eBay fees policy.

Eligibility
eBay.co.uk registered private sellers who have been invited to participate and have actively opted in to the promotion via the RSVP link shown in the marketing communication. Participation is linked to the seller’s account and is not transferable. Sellers must be registered as a resident in the UK.

If its account specific, why put it on here, as the account holder will receive notification.

It will probably be 75% next week. It always goes in cycles, 25% last week, 50% this week and 75% next week.

No harm in this sort of thing being posted here. Past FVF discounts have been posted here a day or two before I get the notification from eBay and can be a useful heads up that a discount is coming.
That said, this is the first one in a while for which my account isn't eligible.

It was pay £1 FVF on 100 items last month.

I guess so, but I didn't get a notification for it, I only found it by chance when I was going to sell something

expired now - that's the message you get from Ebay

If it's only for 5 listings then it's probably to encourage sellers who have not listed for a long time, or even new sellers - the promos aimed at almost everyone else are usually for 100 listings.
I'd rather wait until Sunday before getting annoyed that I have not got one this week, as there might be something else.
