Just tried to upload a few photos and the site won't work with ANY photos

I have tried to upload direct from my hard drive and also from a stick

These deals are great if they work but if you can't upload a photo then they are useless !!
#4

"There was an error processing your photos. They may not have uploaded correctly or the photos may contain errors. Please check your photos with another program and if they are ok try to upload them again later. Sorry for the inconvenience"

Nothing wrong with me photos, I have used another site 2 days ago to do some posters and all was fine with them

There's been a Java update released this week. The site uses a Java applet to upload.

Works fine for me and always has done.

Stop whining.
#8
My Java is up to date...still don't work

it may well work for you but it don't work for me....and thats all I'm bothered about
#9
Yes Scissorhands and I have the java update, but never the less its still ****** and non functional.

What a totally pointless reply from you there, makes you wonder if it was actually worth the effort from yourself really.

Stop whining.
#10
I have even installed their "faster upload" option....guess what....STILL DON'T WORK !

Voted cold
#11
Thanks heat given.
I have used them before and got good photos.
So there may be a technical hitch here.....not worth getting into a strop.
I appreciate that the OP has taken his time to put the offer on.

I have given up wasting my time with this lot !

COLD, COLD, COLD !!

Be aware with Photobox for a little bit of sneakiness methinks.
My housemate got some A2 prints on the back of their very reasonable £5ish glossy prints offer last week that I had already done the week before. We both paid and obtained them in a two day turn around time. Very well packed and no bleed edge on the prints. We were very happy but then we both noted photobox had emailed us on each separate order stating that the print was not up to standard and being reprinted. Even though thy had already been sent on both occasions.

Nothing wrong with the product at all. Just watch out for their declarations of quality control that are simply not true. (both images were 12mb in size).

Also note that photobox like to spam you a lot post-sale (even if you tick the box)

Nope Doesnt Work , Used A Mac And Pc And Still No Upload ????????
Would Be A Great Deal If It Worked Finishes On Thurs Nite??

What a moronic comment! Are you really saying that people should have Java up to date and if not then that is the problem and it is acceptable? Don't give up your day job which obviously is NOT in I.T.

uploaded fine for me. i have just placed my order.

thanks

Your experience with the quality control message sounds like a cock-up, certainly, but hardly 'sneaky' unless they double-charged you?

I've used them once or twice as a customer and overseen quite a lot of sales through their Pro Galleries: never had any unsolicited contact.

If you have a Range close by they have good in store offers on frames

The professional lab I use is running a similar offer at the moment. I doubt they would be able to match the speed of photobox, but as they are a pro lab, I would expect the quality of their prints to be better.

Might be worth checking out for people who are local?
