I have some le Creuset. I absolutely LOVE my big casseroles, I use them for everything from soup to roast chicken to long cooked braised meat. Ive had one for about 12 years and apart from a little darkening of the colour in the base, its like new. The sauce pans I found a bit heavy, nice to make sauces in but apart from that I prefer stainless steel which is lighter, and easier to clean. The frying pan is dreadful. It weighs a ton and has a very long handle, which makes it seem even heavier when you try to lift it. The ceramic dishes are fine, no better than other brands Id say. dropped one on my padded vinyl flooring and it broke right away, so not stronger than other brands. For me it's the casseroles that are the winner!

i bought the 4 piece set with the round grillit, pot, steamer and dish. the pot is only 20cm so fairly small but is still a great saving.
i think individual pieces are 30% off.

Le Crueset Cast iron casseroles are superb and well worth the money. The stoneware ones are not so great but OK value. I have been naughty and ordered a 30cm cast iron.
