Some great rates on Topcashback too!!
There was a £125 voucher included with these a week ago, it may be wise to wait and see if it comes again

Yet existing loyal customers are ripped off with constant price hikes and terrible customer service.

Loyalty gets you no benefits get savvy and tell them you're leaving, in 6 years subscribing to sky I have never paid more than half price for full package and even had 2 years with 75% off full package.

I cancelled everything, 3 days later their retention team called and offered me 60% off. will just keep doing that.
#5
Yeah just cancel! When I cancelled they offered me 44% off I said no! Then after it cancelled 10 days later they offer full 50% off for 12 months
#6
Just cancelled my full package that was 50% off for 12 months. Called up the day before I was due to loose the service. Explained that I have been seeing all half price deals in press sites etc. Got put through to win back team and I have got another 12 months full package 50% off. Simples

Same here, cancelled sky and had to leave for a month, then got a call back offering 60% off, pushed a little further and got £30 credit too. It's worth leaving and just using freesat for a bit to get a better deal.
#8
just phone up and cancel!

yep win back team are the ones to speak to. I phoned up to cancel and gave my months notice. at that stage was offered 10% of my package, TV and broadband. told them to forget it. I didn't want hassle of leaving really so called a few days before cancellation date , got win back team . He offered me 33% off then but was honest enough to say if I hung on till actual cancellation date has would call me then and offer me 50% off for entire year. win win I get cheap deal and he must if hit his targets /got a bonus.
#10
Not a good price in comparison to offer that has just expired. Wait for the next big marketing drive.

Is this nationwide? The Amazon deal says London only.

Doesn't always work though. I have been with sky for ever and paid over £120 for everything incld multi rooms, sports/movies BB and phone etc. I cancelled sports/movies multi room etc. so over £50 a month and they offered me nothing, no discounts, and have been with the much lower package for 3 months with no calls/emails or offers so I guess it really depends who looks at your account. I had not previously had any deals either so not like I had run my offers down!

You have to cancel everything, not just part of it. If you cancel just a bit you are still a customer and they don't care

Seems you never cancelled the whole thing. I'm with sky for 3 years now and never paid more than 50% but you have to cancel each year.

Phoned up yesterday to cancel the telly part of my package, was already on a retention deal that I got a month ago, but just the entertainment pack without boxsets/HD. Mentioned offers for new customers, and managed to get the full package, with HD, with 50% off.

As above,I cancelled my full sky TV package about 3 weeks ago and they phoned me back within 3 days of cancelling and offered me 50% off for 12 months which isn't fixed + I got new hd box out of them for free as mine was playing up ;-)

Anyone know if the will do anything along side existing discounts? They are auto added and I can't remove them.

So what happens if i already have a sky box and my active subscription ends in july and take this offer through a family member? Also its not possible to have sky broadband where i live, do i have to have that in the bundle?
