This is not an Apple bashing forum. It's a deal. Vote it hot or cold for its quality, not whether you love or hate apple (I am in the apple bashing camp, btw).

Spend £500 on your registered Amex card at apple.com/uk by 31st Dec and get £50 credit. Register your card to get the offer. For first 2000 cardmembers to register only.

Online one. Not instore.

Absolutely, but if you're able to it might be best to state it in the title :)

Yup, just changed it. Statement credit deals are Amex only, so I easily managed for forget to mention that!

I like apples but that Apple is rotten ;)

Cold because I hate apple and being patronised.

Fantastic, these Amex offers are consistently excellent. I wouldn't go to another card provider anymore.

You've got to be a completely doughnut to contribute to a thread like this with a comment like that. What's the point?

AMEX also had some other offers like this, such as £10 back on a fuel spend at BP or Esso. Not all valid now but worth looking on your Amex account from time to time to see what is on offer.

Does it accept Barclays issued Amex?

Does it accept Barclays issued Amex?
The T&Cs says it does, but as I mentioned already, it might be invite-only.
Try it and let us know.

Doesn't look like invite only. Invites are sent out by email, not available on a public site!

Worked with a Lloyds Amex when this offer was on in August, and also works with Education Discount too for anybody wondering.

Obviously, but it's clearly not working with every type of card:

The last campaign, sure - but have you tried registering your card for this current campaign?
#24
Invite only when I tried.
#25
Are these Amex deals for their charge cards or credit cards please
#26
Its on cardmemberoffers.co.uk. So should be available to everyone to sign up
#27
Working link for anyone with an Amex to sign up to - https://offerenroll.americanexpress.com/enroll/EnrollmentSitePage?offer=apple

If you copy the link from the cardmemberoffers.co.uk site you'll notice they have a space on the end of it at the moment causing the redirect to fail.

Previous deal link when they did pretty much the same offer 3 months ago - http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/50-off-any-apple-product-including-iphone-6-well-ipad-with-amex-over-500-read-desc-1984838 Quite a few people went for giftcards then to put toward the new iPhone (as it was just before the release).

Either.

Just registered - is this the only one offer right now or are there any other supplemental offers one can use - looking to buy some stuff from Apple - so any extra saving would be much welcome? :)
#31
Thanks. Just registered too.

The link that morgie gave above works like a charm https://offerenroll.americanexpress.com/enroll/EnrollmentSitePage?offer=apple - even though I didn't have an invite I could register without any troubles at all.

So is this the only Apple deal currently then - any chance of stacking some deals/codes/vouchers to save some more?
#38
I just used this to purchase an iPhone. I received the email confirmation from Amex pretty much straight away.
#39
I used it yesterday for a new iPad. Merry Christmas to me :-)
#40
Even though the deal has expired just wanted to thank the OP who helped me save 50 quid on my shiny new iPhone 6 when the offers were running - a tad bit merrier Xmas because of this :)
