Part of the Aldi Super 6

In plastic tubs, i bought 2 this morning (Very nice quality grapes) and as its part of the Super 6 offer, their is plenty of stock available.

Also on the Super 6: ( 6 Oranges 59p ) ( 6 Red Apples 59p ) ( Whole Pineapple 59p if i recall correctly ) ( 500g Plums ) ( Lemons )

I think the Super 6 offers change every sunday, so should be this price until at least the 21st March.

Victoria Plumb why does your dog wears a halo? Is it a "holy" dog?

Price for grapes is nice. Would be usually double, at least £2 per kilo.

any veg offers in this week's Super Six?

None in the Super Six this time around. Instead it's all fruit:

Apples
Pineapples
Lemons
Oranges
Plums
White Grapes

bought them earlier today. not bad at all.

Very good value. Bought a pineapple, plums and grapes today. The grapes were sourced from India and are pretty tasteless compared to the ones from Chile bought at Aldi last week.

I notice that their fruit seems to go off very quick though esp strawberrries and grapes... watch for oranges to as I always seem to pick where to have been bashed and cut and moldy.... pineapple, toms, veg seems to fair better though and at cheap price its nice

Aldi isn't good with keeping their shelves clean. Watch out for the mould.

Most of the cheap fruit/veg are "sleepers". This means they have been stored in a cool house and are near their expiry date (cool house expiry, not sell-buy, which are two different things).

Saw these today and they are grown in India!!

Not good on the Food miles front!

Sorry but that statement is a load of BS !

There are no 'sleeper' lines as you wish to call them, it just shows using that term you have no idea what you are talking about !

These deals are selected a few mnths ahead when product generally is more available !
Scare mongering over poorer quality is not a good idea !
