I have one of these, it has been reliable but it has no built in power management like the WD externals. It is just one 24/7. This is fine for most uses but doesnt work so well for my NAS use (plugged into a Maxtor Shareddrive).

Just a heads up for people who care about power management.

Other than that its a HOT price!

I followed the link provided and searched the site for the drive. It comes up as £58.14 rather than the £54.04 you state.

ah ok i was being slow lol. I found it for £54. I've registered on the forum. How do i use the free delivery? when i go through the process on the scan website it doesnt offer me the option of free delivery? noob here lol

deal seems to have expired or something.anyway,by the time i got to the checkout they wanted £65 from me.i may aswell go to pc world.thanks anyway.if anyone notices anything new...i am in the market for buying right now.
