Just remember that many JVC TV's are now rebadged Vestel products the same as Bush/Tecnika/Polaroid etc...

Not the brand it used to be....

Actually I'm really sensitive to flicker. I can see the difference. Though I have been told some other people can't see it.

Airforce tests have indicated some people can detect changes up to around 250fps, so actually 30fps is way below what some can see. Even 60 to 120fps is noticeably smoother for many.

Appears it's not Freeview HD!... I would have thought all Smart TV's would have an HD tuner!
