Spannerzone. Do you ever write something positive, I think you are what they call, a Troll.

Good deal for a single drive, I got a 256 for 135 so I'm not too upset yet, as 2 of those would still be a little cheaper.

I think you are what they call, immature. This is not a primary school, people are allowed to have constructive debate. We're not all going to sit here singing songs about how we love each other.

you've left yourself open to cold votes as this is not the cheapest its ever been, you're going to get the time machine 'owning' members voting it it cold ;)
    Ajibee
It's the lowest it's been since at least July 15th, more than a month ago, and almost as low as it has ever been - cold voters are welcome to point out where they can get one for a lower price now - if not, they're part of the small ignorant minority who spoil HUKD by voting down good deals while never contributing themselves!

It's actually the lowest price it's ever been for the model with 3.5" bracket - see graph above!

This is a good deal imo, would love to know the reason for cold votes.

I suspect many people vote cold as they'd get a cheaper 120GB and use along with a 1TB normal hard drive for storage.

Not voting either way. These SSD prices are still way way too high for me in terms of benefiting from the difference in speed and data storage to hdd.

Heat added for the saving but there'll be more comments on here than purchases made.

512gb isn't offering value for money, unless you're in a fairly niche position of only having space for one drive and need 512gb with you at all times (perhaps an ultra book user)?

128gb is still the sweet spot at the moment I think for price and usability.

A whole month Vs forever is quite a difference, if it was the last year then fair enough but a month is FA.

The issue is what the price is *today* for those who wish to buy. Some of the people here are so retarded.

Come on..Get down to £250 mark and I will buy it ..But head added from me
    robpears
i'll bite on this at the £230 mark or the 256gb version at £100

Not really an option for laptop owners, who will be the primary audience for this product. Maybe if you carry an external drive around with you, but then that's not ideal.

512gb would be enough to keep windows plus, program files( and x86) and program data on the ssd and just moving users off to a hdd :). For less demanding users it would be easier to map the hdd as folder.

Good deal.. I'm waiting for the M4 128 GB to drop in price after having to send back the Kingston 128Gb drive that was on offer recently :(

Alternatively, some people may consider you part of the small ignorant minority who spoil HUKD, by posting spam non deals such as this in some desperate way to obtain heat off the back of another lame SSD deal that nobody here will probably even buy, so you can get one of those shiny badges next to your name.

Many people would consider a 'hot deal' to be one of a price that is below the going rate. An offer that is out of the ordinary, spectacular is possibly a bit strong, but along those lines.

This is not that. It's a 3% fluctuation of the price it's been at for the last two months.

Perhaps, but then they might be the kind of obnoxious person who criticises others when he himself has posted only eight deals, none that exceptional (or even spectacular), in over five years of membership of HUKD.

This is the lowest price the CTM512M4SSD2BAA model has ever been on Amazon and HUKD, also notable for being below the £300 mark for the first time - if you know better then do tell us, or post a deal and let us carp over your efforts to contribute.
