52mm UV + Circular Polariser filter, £9.97 @ Jessops, save £33.01

£9.97 @ Jessops
Probably not useful to most but a bargain to get these two filters for such a cheap price. Jessop sell the UV for £19.99 and the CP for £22.99, so a saving of £33.01 Read More

Jessops are being sneaky right now. I noticed the Sigma 150-600mm f/5-6.3 DG OS HSM C Lens for Canon is now £739, which they say is down from £849. It has never been £849 as far as i know, and i've been keeping tabs on this lens for several months now. Last week this lens was £734 in almost every place on the internet, so they are being dishonest. Trying to get people to buy by misleading them into thinking they are getting a bargain.

own brand?
Meh you're better off buying a used Hoya Circular polarizer lens on ebay - usually less than 10 and the optical clarity is excellent without much dimming
as for the UV filter, these are useless in modern DSLRs, and only serve as a lens protector
