Guys Seriously DO NOT buy off these people. The bed quality is POOR.

The Bed itself is cheap looking, and after a few weeks the slats break / fall off the bed.
(cheap wooden pine curved slats that dont fit properly and shrink/break)

I received a bed a couple of months ago complete with mattress cover etc..
When I went to take the cover off to give it a wash - the zip fell apart.
The horror story continues, after I managed to get the cover off (quite difficult with no zip handle)
I had realised the mattress had been repaired and patched up (it was a memory foam one)

They are now arguing with me that I should have checked the mattress and that they wont replace the broken cover.(who would strip the cover off just to check it??)

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE !!!

I also add when I mentioned to them about the guarantee - they basically do not want to know after 7 days - they are distributors and tried to fob me off.

TS / Consumer Direct won't do anything, they too busy & not enough staff
If you genuinely have a problem take them to court

TS will advise you right until the end actually with consumer issues, right up until the point they say you have done all you can, next action is court. Going through ts first helps as it gives you the timeframes etc and what to quote which gives you a better chance at court.

This company you can tell what they are like, all the fb's where they have been hassled to change, oh and they dont know basic consumer law...........

PLEASE NOTE: WHEN YOU SIGN FOR YOUR BED UPON DELIVERY, PLEASE CHECK THE BOXES FOR DAMAGE. IF THERE IS ANY DAMAGE, PLEASE SIGN FOR IT DAMAGED. OTHERWISE WE CANNOT CLAIM COMPENSATION AND THE LIABILITY WILL BE WITH YOU

Why does 1 bad comment put people off buying something? with 6k positives aswel... hmmm.

Sometimes its not the product at fault its the person using it.!

I'm in two minds about buying this bed now, because you can't rely on ebay feedback too heavily for something like this, as the feedback will have been left within a couple of days of receiving the item. Most beds will seem great initially, but after a couple of months you'll find out just how strong and durable they really are, long after the positive ebay feedback has been left.

We bought one of these in the double size for my daughter's room. It was OK for the money - you pay for what you get - what can you expect for £109 ?! Certainly not worth the £500 they claim it is reduced from !! It is not as substantial as the picture and I said that in my feed back on ebay. Customer Services phoned me to ask why I had put that and they said they would change the photograph - they sent me a pair of Memory Foam Pillows as a gesture of good will !! Couldn't fault the quickness for delivery though, it did come the next day.

I have purchased quite a few of these for my rental properties and you can't go wrong for the price. They always arrive next day, easy to assemble, quite sturdy and nothing has gone wrong on them. They are a Top Rated Seller on ebay so they must be doing something right! You will always get negative comments on ebay but 16 out 6500+ is not bad at all.

Well if you had not taken off your mattress cover for a couple of months after purchasing it and found that it had been repaired with "strips of foam" would you blame yourself for it then??

my gripe is that they have supplied me with a mattress which is basically a second and they covered it with the a "upgraded" mattress protector which would have only been taken off to clean.
when I did have to clean it - low and behold it was ripped and repaired underneath - they are trying to blame me for it, as though I would intentially cut into it and then repair it ??? ffs
