But this one is sold at Asda, although it seems suspiciously cheap. Hot from me just in a case it's genuine.

I love Thai Jasmin Rice, much tastier than basmati rice in my opinion. I'll see if I can find a friend who shop online with Asda.

taste much better but ofcourse price difference hehe

asda and tesco Jasmin rice are ok but for everyday (chinese family) it's not good enough lol

HOT for it being £4 instead of £7 at tesco (£12 for 2)

Agreed. But the Green Dragon is new crop rice, more gluten, more tricky to cook, far superior, and Chinese family have rice cooker, correct ? This is good for the price but worlds away from new crop. And for those of you who still cook rice in a saucepan, wise up, no one in Asia does, rice cookers do it better.

you can steam the rice instead of cook rice in a saucepan. i do this every day after 2 rice cookers were broken in few months time.

The deal seems to have expired "Item unavailable"...just when I was about to order oO

ok this is weird if I go to Asda website it is available but if I log in it says Item Unavailable, that's even before chosing method of delivery, what is that about ?
