Wow 34g per serving, that's a fair amount.

Possibly, I'm sure anything beats the uber 30g protein bars I bought once as they were cheap. It took like half and hour to finish those bad boys each, so much chewing you'll burn the calories off just eating it....that did taste like hell itself.

I don't think this will taste like ****, protein powders usually taste pretty okay....it's the bars that taste bad.

looks like no one's even reviewed this stuff on the website... its either very good or very ****** or just very new to the website!!! but again... 161kcal per serving... that can be a killer (excuse the pun)!!!

I`d go for 2 tubs of optimum health personally. Or a tub of op and a casein powder to use along side it. Throw in another £8 and get urself a tub of reflex or op branded creatine monohydrate aswell. One scoop of op with a scoop of creatine pre or post workout then a casein(slow release protein) before bed.

Depends what you pay. Ive gone through some cheaper proteins, from Iron Maxx, LA Whey and H&B, and found them either unbareable, or just about bareable. Ive ended up paying a bit more and getting one that actually tastes nice, Optimum Nutrition Whey.

I pay £33.00 for 4.4 kg of 85 per 100 grams of protein.

Is it whey Protein "Isolate"? or just whey protein? also is it flavoured?, is it able to be mixed in a shaker? (some very cheap powders are unable to be mixed in shakers).

The protein type makes a big difference, any old protein could jus be cheap soy protein. Whey isolates are the best form of protein with the highest Bio Availability value (how easily absorbed it is).
