have brought a few of these cables over last couple of months as been doing some house renovations. With recent purchase of new TV, was getting some more and came across this deal. Normally 8 quid or so, so £2.99 for a decent 5m HDMI cable which has a 90 degree angle on one end seems a bargain to me! latest spec (3d, 1.4a standard, ethernet, ARC).
Oddly this item is free postage as an add on item with Amazon, but all the lengths they do are free delivery with Prime!

Looks like the above is out of stock, but they have 3m for the same price - http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B005CWEFDO (not many left of those though)

I have a 15 metre version of this cable and it's a beast.

Very robust quality.

Thanks - these look great for the price :)

I've now brought 6 of these in lengths of 5m to 7.5m with normal connectors and 90 degree connectors (great for when wall brackets or space prevents cable from sticking straight out from TV), and so far they have been great. Not tried the ethernet capabilities of them, haivng no devices that can use ethernet over HDMI (that I'm aware of), but nothing to suggest they would not work as well!

It's not really £2.99 then (need to order £10 or buy Prime for £50)

I have the conventional HDMI 5m and 2m (or 1m?) from Kabeldirekt. Aside from the 'brand name' peeling off after a short while, the cable seems pretty sturdy and had no problems in the last couple of years

Sod's Law it fails tomorrow...

From Amazons site:
Add-on items are eligible for FREE Super Saver Delivery as long as the minimum order threshold of £10 of qualifying items is met. You can even create an entire order of nothing but Add-on Items and receive FREE Super Saver Delivery.

As long as the minimum order threshold of £10 of qualifying items is met, Amazon Prime members enjoy their regular delivery benefits on Add-on Items. For example, if you ordered two £5 picture frames, each of which was an Add-on item, your order would receive One-Day Delivery at no extra cost. As a Prime member, you can continue to choose from millions of Prime-eligible items sold on Amazon.co.uk.

Hope this helps!

Not actually use the ethernet capability, but I think if you have compatible equipment, you can use the HDMI cable to carry data traffic as well, meaning you don't need two separate cables going into your device!

http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B005CWEFDO - £2.99 for 3m length (not quite as good of course), but running out of stock!

In fairness, I've brought 5m and 7.5m from this seller and never paid more than £12 a cable, whcih seems quite reasonable for the length!
