It's still 113.9 which is still high, but still better than nothing!

113.9 - high !!!???

cheapest round here is 1.20 (which includes sainsburys/tesco etc) so 5p off is welcome
#3
thanks :) our sainsburys is the cheapest in town too .. hopefully they wont put it up to make up for this! Our sainsburys is 119.9 whilst tescos is 1p more and the other places 121.9 :(
#4
lol, my local sainsburys is already 3 ppl cheaper than the tesco!!!

Whilst I don't usually shop at sainsburys, and this won't sway me, I applaud them for what will inevitably start another round of price cuts, so heat added.

Buy something for £50 get the voucher take the item you brought back
#6
count yourselves lucky everyone, where I am we've only got one petrol station in town now, it's £1.27 a pop... go up the road to another town and it's £1.17 a pop..

p.s have some heat..

@Liddle ol' me - I certainly won't give Labour my vote, even if they were the only party left on the planet. I'd rather wake up to any other nightmare than another Labour parliament.

I dont think cashback counts as a purchase.

sorry your right

Thats £2.50 knocked off £100 spend! I think we all know who wins. Im not saying its a bad thing, but a deal? Who is going to go out their way to get to £50 and then full tank it? Only those who were going to do this anyway would actually be saving.
#20
Hot for me!
#21
i work at Sainsbury's part time most people don't want them, just keep it from my family. some people got more money than sense.

COLD, Sainsburys prices are a rip off!
#24
oh and if you want more fuel discounts, when your shopping hits £50 pay for it then that will give you one fuel discount.

then pay the rest and if over £50 then you get other fuel voucher

meaning you get 2 fuel discounts.goodtimes.
#25
If you have a staff discount, you will need to spend £50 AFTER the discount. Had this problem before!
#26
now i can drive my jeep into a field and eat a sizzling banger whilst squinting wistfully into the middle distance
#27

At least Iraq & the Middle East is now stable - surely it was worth it?????????
#32
Sorry can't rate this as Sainsbury's are a total rip off on a normal weekly shop.
You would normally lose £10 on a normal shop compared to Asda or Tesco.
#33
thanks. Tesco used to have this offer but not recently.

So, you leave your car on the drive just to polish it do you? If you have a car it needs fuel - distress purchase not choice!

But then you'd have to factor in the extra weight of the fuel causing increased fuel consumption.
#38
i've got gift card from life insurance that I bought with them. can i use them for fuel?

Tesco will be doing the same offer from Monday.

Take it that you're too young to remember the last time the Tories got in. Thatchers Monetarism killed a successful manufacturing economy and laid the ground work for this terrible mess. You complain now but if the Tories get in they will raise VAT immediately
