Nope, not guaranteed. When i done the Mymovie trial it didnt track through quidco, and you're not able to submit a manual claim for this merchant.
Still worth doing for the free rentals though.

If you do your bit, the transaction gets tracked. I'm 100% positive.

Trash all cookies, clear files (I even clear History... call me cynic here  ) before logging thru Quidco. Havent missed even a single transaction since.

If you have from Screenselect or LoveFilm this trial wont affect that.

Just to make the point again - If you wanna cashback - clear the cookies before logging in to Quidco account

My 3 week trial is nearly up so I wanted to cancel. When I click on the 'how to cancel' link I get an the following error message -
Server Error in '/' Application.

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Exception Details: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

I have emailed them about this but have received no reply. When you click on 'contact customer service', it states that -

"Major account amendments, such as changes to payment details, account pause, cancellation or freeze MUST be made online when logged in using your username & password and cannot be accepted by phone or email under any circumstances."

I am very concerned about this as obviously I don't want to be charged for not cancelling in time through no fault of my own.

Has anyone else had problems and can anyone suggest what to do?

Thanks for your help.

I had a trial with these a few months ago & agree with edi that no problems with the £5 which I received the following month.

My final dvd went missing in the post on it's way to me & I never received. I cancelled in time & sent 3 emails using their "contact us" to tell them about the missing dvd (2 emails before cancellation).

I never got any replies BUT they didn't charge me either.

IMO Blockbusters service is the best but this trial is still worth it for some free DVDs & a fiver (unlikely you will be able to get hold of recent titles I found).

Anyone know how you get the additional £5 (on top of the £5 for taking up the trial) from Quidco for being a paying member after the initial trial?

Thanks in advance.

Shame about their poor selection and poorish website (which is why I'm gonna cancel), cause they've been top notch apart from that.
