Is it not £50 quidco rather than £60 on the first deal? Heat added regardless

Not expired, look harder

The deal states it is £12pm for the 750 minute contract. Works out at £9pm after the automatic cashback. Then possible quidco

You can get a 1 month rolling sim for £5.11 TalkMobile, cancel after 1 month and get £25 cashback from Quidco

Great post.

It's just a shame for me that TalkMobile only accept PAC codes when you order, rather than mid-way through the contact.

Good deals, without the cashback but if that comes through then top deals! Well found i'd say.

Ordered with potential £24 profit. Cheers

Great post.

Indeed! That and the fact that quite a number of cases the number transfer is unsuccessful oO.

i am a talk mobile rolling 1 month customer can i still go for this ?
#15
Is voicemail free? Do you get call waiting? Thanks.

Have some heat.
But for me it's not a choice. TalkMobile uses Vodafone network which has got worst signal ever.

I'm not a phone-tech but is it now possible to port your number between contracts WITH THE SAME SUPPLIER? Always thought this was a PITA.

Wow really hot! At the moment I'm on a Vodafone contract - the compulsory time has expired so I'm free to leave.

As this uses the Vodafone network though, is it possible for me to use a PAC code or do I even need to if I take up this deal?

Anyone know? All help gratefully accepted!

As far as I'm aware it is not possible to port between same supplier (e.g. TMobile > TMobile, or O2 > O2) - but how this stands with for example a Tesco > O2 (Tesco use O2's network if you didn't know), I am unsure - but would also like to know this.

Anyone have experience with TalkMobile? There seems to be a mixed bag of reviews on Google. Some swear by it others say avoid like the plague. Problems seem to be particularly bad with number porting.

Looking to just trial run this for coverage & data speed, as according to their terms there is a 14-day cooling off period. Just enquiring if a full refund/no charges apply if sending the sim back within this period. #TalkmobileUK

My cashback in my tracking email from quidco only says £35 for a 6 month talkmobile sim.

Per the terms and conditions of quico cashback for carphone warehouse:

"Cashback may initially track at a higher or lower rate then stated. This will be updated to the full cashback rate upon confirmation."

Thanks went for the 6 month £8 tariff. Hope the quidco tracks at £60!

I went for the £18 per month (6 month, 1500 Mins, Unlimited Txts, 1GB Data, £13.50pm with the auto £27 Chequeback, down to £3.50pm via £60 Quidco offer)

because I'm a data monster! I don't mind paying £3.50 for such a great tariff (hoping quidco tracks & pays!), thanks for this deal :-)

Went for the £8 tariff. Cashback tracked, SIM arrived and number ported next day. Great deal, thanks to the original poster.

How long do you think Quidco take to pay on this one. I'm thinking of leaving as the signals poor.

Same. Unfortunate to say I've had nothing but problems with this. First Quidco didn't track, so had to submit a manual cashback claim which has yet to be responded to by Carphone Warehouse. Secondly the signal at my work address is so bad it's almost impossible to use the internet at times, it will switch from 3G connection to Edge to GSM, going from 53% signal strength to just 1%. I've been told this is because of something called "cell breathing" where a cell site will expand and restrict it's coverage area under times of high useage. Those on the outside of range of the cell site (like I am) will experience this more than others, so it's likely you've got a similar problem. It's made worse by the fact that TalkMobile take lower priority on the Vodafone network than direct customers, which makes me slightly mad as all customers should be treated evenly.

The only good things so far is obviously the super cheap cost, but even that's in question with uncertainty of if the cashback claim will go through successfully, and I'm getting very good signal at home, just work and out and about it's very flaky.

Remember you have 14 days to send it back to get out the contract. It's worthwile letting TalkMobile your intentions so you have a record in case things go wrong. Of course you won't get the Quidco cashback or Carphoneware house auto cheque back if you send back before it's paid out (usually 1-3 months).
