This is a great deal, I bought one of these last month at full price. Just ordered a second one for my wife. Not as light as some on the market but fantastic price for a well built sturdy bike. Ideal for holidays etc...
Its now even cheaper than my first post, Down a further 3 Quid. Get it while you can, my local bike shop have it on offer at £129.99
If its of any help, I'm 5'10" and I find it perfectly ok for poodling around on. Not sure though if I'd recomend it for touring!!
It's very well built but probably a little heavy for on and off the London Tube, also isn't quite as fast to set up each time as say a Brompton.
With all that in mind, I think its just great for packing into the boot for a gentle summer ride while on your hols for going to the local village pub.

********I've added a picture of the Bike in folded mode, about ten comments down.********

Appears to be around £120+del elsewhere on these intertubes; good deal. Heat added.
Welcome to the forums Bash Brannigan and thanks for the post :)
nice find with summer coming (I hope)
Anyone know if this is sufficiently foldable to fit on the london underground in rush hour? Seems a lot cheaper than the Brompton bikes that are so popular..

Question - is it suitable for adults - you may be able to help!
I am 5ft 6 so think it will be fine, but hubby is 5ft 10 - do you think it will be suitable for him?
Isn't this one a kids bike? On the details it says:

Suitable for leg measurement from 51cm to 65cm
Suitable for ages 7+ years

Back in stock, unexpired :)
Hmm 15kgs - heavier than a full size bike made of modern materials (weight taken from an ebay add for exactly the same item at £130 delivered) -

OK for the train guards van but not really practical for the bus or tube IMHO.
Also good for putting in the boot and riding the last two or three miles to save £8 parking fees:whistling:
Still great price for what it is -HOT!

I spent £40 on new tyres alone for my heavy steel folder ..........
If you bought this at full price less than 30 days ago, Amazon will repay the difference.

The procedure is:

1. Select HELP (top right on the Amazon page)
2. Select CONTACT US (right column)
3. Sign In
4. Choose EMAIL
5. Choose RETURNS & REFUNDS as your ISSUE
6. Find your order (your last one is displayed) and tick the relevant item
7. In the text box, type something like this:
I purchased the above item for £X and you are now selling it for £Y.
I would be very obliged if you would refund me the difference of £Z.
(Your name)

The 30 days is from the date you received the item. If you're just a few days over, it's still probably worth trying.

Yea but if you click on "men's bikes" it brings it up :whistling:. Suitable for adults too
thanks, just ordered one. should be useful for quick journeys to the local shop.
heated up.
excellent find, just wish I had enough money, heat added
I thought I was too old for a bike, but at this price, I have just ordered one and hope to start using it at lunchtimes from work on a 'get fit' plan.
For that I thank you.
Just ordered one. Cheapest one I have found apart from ones on ebay I was wary of ordering one of those.

I must admit the size is a tad misleading. I'm 5'10" and I find it ideal for the odd potter down to the shop or pub. I can assure anyone that I don't look like Bilko the clown either. The position is much more upright than my daily work bike (Kona Smoke Hybrid).
I just find it very handy to squeeze into the back of the car for short weekend breaks or holidays. Plus nobody looks twice when it's parked outside the pub. Just be sure to check the locking clamp before the journey home!!
A great laugh for everybody as you wobble down the hill with a few pints inside you. Have fun.........
"Suitable for leg measurement from 51cm to 65cm"

which is about 25 inch maximum i think, so if the above is in the inside leg measurement i dont think it will be suitable for many men
This is a brilliant bargain.. bought one for £118 in Nov last year;-)
I just tried to buy one. It said 3 in stock but when I got to checkout " Sorry. No longer available ".

Looks like they are now all gone.
Amazon now say " Currently unavailable. We don't know when or if this item will be in stock again".
