Hi padge123, and welcome to the HUKD forums. Please see the links in my sig for assistance on deal posting. I've made the title a bit more informative :)

I think B&Q had one at a similar price, 650w isn't a lot, But neither is the price!

I have one of these, have done for a couple of years, and it's useless for anything other than running lights or audio/video equipment

don't expect to boil a kettle in less than 30 minutes or run power tools effectively, there's just not enough ampage, although it does run my 1300w Karcher jet wash fairly well

for £40 though...

Nice. I have thought about buying a generator a few times for camping trips, because I'd quite like to take my 100w Marshall guitar amp out with me instead of just the acoustic guitar I take normally.

Do you know how long a litre of petrol would last in that thing if it was running at about 300 watt output?

Was this instore as well because it now says "not currently available" online?

Hi,i have one of these and they are a ****** to start, i take the sparkplug out and sqirt some petrol in and replace the sparkplug and it starts first pull,it really should have a rubber primer pump for the extra few pence it would cost, thats my only flaw, appart from that it is quite handy...

Ah! The simple life!! You, your camper van , your generator, your electric guitar and your 100 watt amp.

Just what you need for a bit of peace and tranquility!! Take care you don't electrocute yourself in all this rain:p

nb this is a 2-stroke generator...not (just) petrol. If it was it really would be a bargain
