Only thing I would say is looking at it, it is 1.65v Ram (I was planning on buying it but that turned me off)

I would get 1.5v ram, you can find it for round about the same price.

XMS3 can be run at 1.5v

XMS3 can be run at 1.5v

But then using that logic would it still not be best to get a native 1.5v DIMM which could then be run at 1.35v?

You can even buy RAM that is rated at 1.35V @ 1600 and try running that at a lower voltage. :D Here’s one example - OCZ.
It’s the law of diminishing returns though and you might have trouble finding motherboards that will allow you to run lower than 1.35V or even 1.5V in some cases.

Danger.. danger.., high voltage.
Sorry, couldn't resist.

Good price for them, but I only have two slots left. Will need to find 4GB modules instead. Heat added as I paid about £50 for two of these 8 months ago.

whats the significance of lower voltage?

Lower running temps, less draw on the PSU, better for the CPU longetivity, and more overclockability.
