i think the models you are comparing are quite different, you can mainly tell by looking at the home button.

A lot of these Chinese sites have this type of feedback. It has to be a company member signing up under loads of aliases to give fake 5 star reviews. At least there are some genuine ones there as well.
My experience of having ordered from a similar Chinese company is they advertise loads of stuff they don't have in stock and are unlikely to get any time soon.
I won't be ordering this even though it looks to good to be true :-)

To be fair I ordered something from them ages ago and it was shipped within a week and came a few weeks later. Not quick but it came.
