It's, simple to be a new customer, time and time again.

Send yourself an invite to a different email address from your current TCB account and set up a new one - you'll get credit on the old one once you've passed £10 gained on the new one. I've done it a few times.

FYI, if you happen to have a gmail account, simply add a full stop in the first part of the email address and it'll show up as a new email address but all the emails will go to your regular account. eg [email protected] add a "." [email protected] and it'll be seen as a new email address!

Gmx also offer free email and you can add up to 10 alternative email adys with them for free (I have all my emails through there sent to my gmail).

I use the two above options to set up multiple TCB accounts and to keep registering for the 30 day free trial of Premium Spotify (so I can use offline music on my phone)

is it like Tesco (different email) or does it have to be a different bank details? The T&Cs say it can be declined if sign up is abused
#20
Well it wouldn't let me go to amazon until i had added BACS details
#21
and adding BACS details is not extinguishing the error

EDIT: was due to not having confirmed email

Hmmm. Signed up, entered BACS info then the Amazon £7.50 clickthrough button was nowhere to be seen.

I had to confirm both registration and bank emails, when going back to offer page the pop up box still said to confirm, but after adding address/dob and then reclicking after dismissing failure it went through to amazon. Though after purchase it doesn't seem to be tracking yet.

Be honest, did you try to sign up repeatedly with different email addresses to get the referral bonus?
#27
I'm doing likewise - what a way to discourage new users!
#28
Just ordered something; beauty is that as it is from Amazon, if the £7.50 doesn't track then you can return for free before 31st Jan with no fuss.
#29
Thanks. Anyone tried this with the free Mastercard money too?
#30
Has anybody had anything track yet? when i made some dvd purchases last week they haven't tracked yet nor this offer, not even at 0.

They deactivate accounts that haven't been logged in for 6 months, as per their T&Cs.

I contacted them and got my £110 credited back to me after my account was deactivated because of this.

Try the below and hopefully you'll get your money back:

email [email protected] with something like the following:

Hello,

I cannot log into my account using the email addresss
******@******.com

I was hoping to both claim further cashback as well as redeem the cashback
I've already accrued.

Please could you resolve this issue?

Thanks,
NAME

They'll likely respond with something like this:

Hi there,

Thank you for your email.

What has happened here, is that your original account has gone 'Dormant' as
it has not been accessed in over 6 months, as per our terms and conditions.

Whilst I cannot reactivate this now, if you can create a new account in the
same email address and then send us a support ticket, by clicking on to the
customer care tab. If there are any outstanding funds, then we will credit
these to the new account. Could you please use the Other/Unclassified
category when submitting your ticket.

http://www.topcashback.co.uk/account/enquiries/tickets/submit

Kind Regards

Hope this helps you claim your money back.

I prefer TCB over Quidco as you don't have the yearly fee on TCB.

Once you have validated your email address, enter you BACS details on here: https://www.topcashback.co.uk/account/paymentdetails

That worked for me.

Then access again with the promotion code link: http://www.topcashback.co.uk/amazon-promotions/
