No. It's based on a per transaction basis. So even if you spent a million in one go they would still only give you £10 voucher.

If the item(s) you are buying can be split up (eg 3 x £105 items) then make seperate transactions to get £10 each.

So how about buying 20 x £100 transaction getting vouchers and return goods? Is this legal?

They would ask for the vouchers back (it's on the receipt so they can see it) and if you don't give it to them then they refund you the full amount less the vouchers.
