Usually costing up to £146, this sophisticated dining experience includes:
- Glass of Laurent-Perrier champagne each on arrival
- Any two starters, such as lobster bisque cappuccino with a star anise foam, or velouté of pumpkin with fried gnocchi and saffron oil
- Any two main courses, such as beef fillet with foie gras, buttered fondant potato, baby leeks and a red wine reduction, or Cornish wild sea bass with cep mushroom purée, Jerusalem artichokes and orange salad. You could even order the Chateaubriand of Casterbridge beef (for two)

The restaurant is named One Twenty One Two in homage to the hotel's former neighbour, Scotland Yard, and its famous telephone number, Whitehall 1212.
