Wow! That's cheap! A "brand" name too - Sanyo

Don't forget postage at £6 and Quidco at 3% (£1.43)

Just because its 7mp doesnt make it great. I'd rather have 3mp and some good quality lense etc...

reviews on macuser (if you do follow them), rrp £60 onwards: http://macuser.pcpro.co.uk/macuser/labs/121131/sanyo-xacti-vpcs7.html

from other reviews and specs ...
• 2 AA format Alkaline batteries and also supports the new Eneloop batteries, apparently for up to ±250 images.
• 2.5" LCD screen, videos in VGA resolution at 30 frames per second or in WEB Mode at 320 x 240 (15 fps) with audio.
• Supports Quicktime and records in jpeg, compatible with SD memory card, Multimedia card and the 4 GB SDHC memory card. internal memory 22mb, expandable with storage card.
• For quick sequence shooting it offers the innovative Touch sensor providing a shutter lag of only 0.05 sec. Also able to capture sequence shots at 2.3 fps.

interesting ... re: fast. i still got my eyes on the d200 though ...

voted hot, good price if it is that good ...

Sanyo is a great cam brand ! I have the Sanyo Xacti E60 which I purchased 6 months ago for £100 ... the price has gone up since ! No wonder, they are infact major developers and manufacturers of digital cams.

you mean you don't see the similarity in web design between DABS & the BT shop? Here's the original DABs ad....

the font, the pics, the terms used, the layout...it all looks pretty similar to me!

The BT shop IS Dabs actually, so they will be getting some more stock in 2-3 days..:)
#26
Also worth noting, is that Dabs do free delivery on orders over £49.

So if you add something of just over £1.49 to the order it will be free delivery (or £4 for Norn Iron). After a quick look, the closest I've found is quicklinx:3JGJWS for £1.95, making a total of £49.46 delivered. :)
#27
So did anyone get one of these in the end, and if so is it any good?

Mike..

Worth noting that the BT shop didn't charge extra for here last time I looked.

No longer available on either the Dabs or (unsurprisingly) BT sites
