Barring monkey Island I've not heard of any of them before but for $19.99 its got to be worth a punt. Hot from me.
#3
Bought last years set and this is another nice sounding set of apps. Clips, Flow and RipIt are going to be worth it for me.

EDIT! Dang! Those three apps all need OS X 10.5+... I'm still on my lowly G5 PPC. Boooo!
#4
Some nice apps there, needless to say its an absolute STEAL at this price.
#5
need to wait to make sure no-one gets me Monkey island for my bday but otherwise getting this early next week - good deal!
#6
There is some great stuff here. I purchased Rapidweaver alone at $34 2 years ago - great program. This is a steal.
#7
Worth it just for Monkey Island!
#8
RipIt is excellent, use this to backup my DVD's and can't really fault it. RipIt usually costs this much so it has got to be worth getting as you're effectively getting all the others free.

A G5 will run 10.5 no worries.

Great deal, just purchased.

:-D

Great post - Heat added.
Might be a little off topic but does anyone know a good software package for designing / publishing a website on a PC? Need something intuitive to use that makes a website that doesn't look too micky mouse!

I think you're best set with a combination of Composer (free, in Seamonkey package) and Aptana (free), or if those are too hardcore you can try Dreamweaver (£££) but I prefer to have more control.

I could give you a huge list but right now those are my favs...

Cheers
#14
Just purchased it mainly to copy DVD's to my iPod touch. Awesome!
#15
Seems like a good deal but never heard of the website, are they genuine?

I assume this is a download - sorry for my ignorance but my works computer is blocking the site for some reason!

So with Ripit you can rip any dvd to a computer?

Its a (sort-of) annual software sale. This is a nanobundle, because its warming people up for the full bundle which will be later this year. I've bought from them for the last couple of years and not had any problems.

Yes it's a download per application (with serial number activation for most)

Apparently Ripit can do pretty much all dvds. They say "We'd like report that RipIt has just been verified to work with its 250,000th unique disc! If you put that against the failures that have been reported, our success rate is a truly ridiculous 99.9999%!". More info at http://thelittleappfactory.com/ripit/

Thanks.

I am always a bit cauious buying from from websites I have not heard of! So no problems downloading the applications? No viruses? Payment goes through ok?

Typically in the last week or so they add new programs don't they? If I recall correctly. May just wait.

Anyway, H&R added.
#19
good deal for my new iMac
#20
Got it for rip it alone, the demo i tried ripped all the dvd's i had 1st time, and the option to rip the dvd itself or just as a video file is awesome. The rest of the apps are pretty neat too, rapid weaver once unlocked is a great website maker for the mac.

Plus I suspect they'll add one or two maybe later on, so anything else from now is a bonus! Plus a bit of money to charity, can't complain for just over £13.
#21
Anyone admins here who could unexpire it for us please?
I tried the contact us form to request it for another post, but it stayed expired, so I'm not sure what the best way is :(

UPDATE: I've just tried by using the ! icon instead. Lets see how that goes. What's the preferred way?
#22
I used the report post function - I don't know if this is the right thing to do but I've done it before.

Looks like that has done the business, cheers. Hunting around in the feedback section, it turns out that is the preferred way!

Anybody know how CoverScout works? I love the idea of getting the correct artwork for all my music but I'm a little sceptical of how affective it really is. I think if it's up to the job I might get this.

Vey hot deal btw.

typically you download the software from the authors web sites, so there's no issue with malware, and then receive emails with serials. I've never had a problem with them.

Some deals in the past have had applications that became available after a certain no of sales, but they've always announced when that's the case, so I doubt it is true this time round.
#27
Gone for this cheers. Looks like a good pack :) Heat and rep left.
#28
RapidWeaver is an outstanding piece of software. Well worth it for that alone. With it amateurs can build professional-looking websites literally in minutes. Good find!

"Because were just trying to sell you a product? No because its simply the best tool for the job" Love the grammatical error in this description of MacJournal.

Tempted to get this, thanks for posting OP.

I've got an Archos 605 , would i be able to copy dvd's and cd's via my Mac onto the Archos using Ripit? Heat added .

Completely genuine, thoroughly ethical and with the best reputation in the Bundle buisness. They raise a MASSIVE amount for Charity every year. This is merely a "Nano" bundle in the lead up to their forthcoming MacHeist 4 Bundle. There's plenty of info out there on them, their forum has over 600,000 members as they often give away apps for free to promote upcoming offers.

I assume this is a download - sorry for my ignorance but my works computer is blocking the site for some reason!

Yes, it's download with the licence for unlocked 5 apps being available immediately after paying, once the unlock level has been reached all purchasers (including those who bought before the target was hit) receive the licence code for the relevant app. In the past they've given everyone all the apps at the end of the promotion, even on occasions the unlock target hasn't been reached. They also often throw in extra apps along the way for free.

Can thoroughly recommend them.

So with Ripit you can rip any dvd to a computer?

Will rip (but not compress) the entire DVD to you Mac, from there you can use other programs (like the free 'Handbrake') to make a copy of a more suitable size for your iPod/iPhone.

Mark.
#35
Worth it for MI alone - fabulous set of games.
#36
Bargain, bought and bookmarked the website. Heat added.

It appears that it does have a compress feature in this version of the software:

With RipIt, you have the choice to “rip” a DVD so that you have an exact duplicate of the original. Or if you wish to save space, you can use its handy compress feature. And you can easily store your videos so that they’ll work on your Apple TV or iPhone.

Anyone else still awaiting license key for flow?
Ordered a few hours ago, and no email or web order update?

Guess there must be an issue with the way they are generated. Unlike the others it’s a keyfile instead of serial number. Mine was available after a few minutes.

There's no-one else complaining on the forums at http://www.macheist.com/forums/ that I can see - might be worth mentioning it there. Do you have an odd characters in your name or email that might have caused an issue?

Flow is amazingly fast compared to macfusion that I was using before. We have an FTP server with over 10000 items in the root (config backups). With macfusion it was taking over 2 minutes, and flow takes less than 10 secs -and- has a decent filter! Brilliant. Hope you get your licence soon!!

Great Deal. Bought for RipIt and Monkey Island (just hope it reaches 50,000 purchases soon).
