Long term offer, and is the same price as a dozen other stores. Nothing special.

£1.50 in farm foods

Same in asda... farm foods is 8 pints for £1.50, and Iceland is always 4 pints for £1. This is an average/expensive price.

Iceland now £1.10 for 4 pints.

Or even better at Tesco Creamfiled 1% 3L £1.18 tastes the same as semi skinned

Lets be honest though most supermarket offers are they will probably appear 2 to 3 times a year rotating amongst themselves

Semi skinned?....prefer semi skimmed myself :)

I would rather pay double for it if I knew the farmers weren't being shafted by the supermarkets , i.e tesco

ALDI is £1 for 4 pints, for moderate milk users it seems excessive. I suppose its not that bad, I think the farmfoods is 2litre rather than 4 pints

Sainsbury's 1% Fat Milk 2.27L ( 4pint ) is only £1 and alternates to 2 (2x4 pints) for £2 regularly.
More healthy too than Semi-Skimmed.

agree, i don't think the farmfood & iceland offers are as clear cut as first thought! it's 2 litres (2000ml) compared to tesco's 4 pints (2270ml)

Ok, Iceland can now join the expensive list with Tesco, as farmfoods is still £1.50 for 8 pints :)

Unfortunately what will happen is that as the farmers get screwed less will do it and then we will be left importing milk form eastern european countries and then God knows what will be in there.

Exactly that is why I don't worry about cheap milk but I will do if that happens.

Even our local shops charge this low, less than 2 minutes walk one is £1 the other 96p. Everyday stuff like milk and bread is cheaper local (89p for kingsmill).
