800 minutes, unlimited texts, 1GB internet for existing customers sim only @ Virgin Mobile £6.43
I have broadband and phone from virgin media and I added virgin mobile 100 minutes and unlimited texts @ £5.00 per month last month.
I have been with virgin mobile for 1 month now and today I called to get PAC code and they asked why I wanted to leave. I told them about the T-mobile deal on here for £7.82 and they put me on hold for few mins.
Then he came back and offered me 800 minutes, unlimited texts(3000), 1 GB internet and unlimited(3000) virgin to virgin on a 30 day sim only deal for £6.43 per month.
I took the deal as it suits me fine.
My friend who is not with virgin mobile but has virgin media broadband and phone tried to get this but he was offered only the £5 sim only with 100 minutes and unlimited texts.
Three of my friends who have virgin mobile phoned up and requested PAC code and all of them got this deal for £6.43, the same one I got.
So if anyone is on virgin mobile who would like to get this, give them a call on 08000520238 and say you want a Pac code and mention the T mobile deal and you should be able to get this deal.
Hope it helps you.

A good few of you will get a similar offer, but not everyone will get this kind of price.
Cant be called a deal as it is not an offer everyone can get
you wont get it, you have to have at least a sim only or contract to get a retention deal.
Thanks
Oops forget that - found it.

Makes sense to me. When i wanted leave my Virgin pay monthly contract six weeks ago, they offered me a good deal to stay (Basically the £20 sim tariff for £10). Fine for me, but not as good as the OP's. The moral is the same as it is for many products these days. As soon as your contract is up, shop around and try and get your existing provider to beat it. Bit of a ball ache but increasingly necessary.

Getting stuff out of Virgin is like bartering in a Middle Eastern bazaar.
You must have got andy on the phone, phone up again when he's on here. JK andy.
At least with the T-Mobile deal their customer service may be very inconsistent but at the end of the day they manage to apply their discounts properly.
