Looks like a good deal, I'll give it a shot.

If it's lousy, it can replace the 400w in the kid's PC!

Anyone had any experience with these?

I hear that cheaper power supplies could fry the rest of your components.

Anyone voting cold for a particuar reason, or just because it's not branded??

My mate bought one of these about 3 weeks ago. blew the feck oot of his system and fired the Processor out of its socket. If you look closely above Edinburgh you can see on a clear night an AMD 4200 Socket 939 orbiting.

Pretty Pash make also.. Barge pole touch would not !.. Stick with Branded ones aleast you get some Guarantees

yes they can. and no i havent had any experience nor have i heard any1 using them. id rather go for brands like antec.

edit: however it does depend what you got in the pc. if u have a low end basic pc then it may be fine as the components of cheap pcs wont cost an arm and a leg to replace. if you have a high end gaming pc with expensive hardware. i wouldnt buy this thinking ur going to save a few pounds, since u might damage your components after long periods of use even if u dont realise it will effect the life of your components if your psu is not supplying enough wattage. if you use the psu to lets say 700-800w it may fry/explode depending on the qaulity of the psu.

stay away from this rubbish, do not waste your time and money.
I can bet the 800W is only peak power and the rails are pretty weak.Sorry OP but cold this time.
