Northampton certainly isn't "The North" unless you work for the BBC when anything beyond the M25 is uncharted territory.

Greedy arabs.

....or greedy Gordon [for all the duty & taxes on fuel]
#16
Probably best to put Kettering then, as it is a completely different town to Northampton.

And yet the price of dino diesel is still the wrong side of a pound. Grrrr

Northampton..........Kettering.............MORON!

Doesnt make any sense, the difference between petrol & Diesel at the highest point was 13p down my way, now prices have dropped its 16p. So why is Diesel even more in comparison?

No one seems to be bothered, but even petrol users should as its this problem thats keeping food & goods higher than they should be.....
#23
Is this actually at 86.9 or is this what someone else said would happen? If it is I agree that it would most likley be a mistake. Not voting untill confirmation

I was thinking the same, i'm in Northampton but wouldn't be travelling to Kettering to save a pence or two on fuel. Would have been handy if it was a Shell In Northampton though.

No, Kettering is in Northamptonshire, Kettering is not in Northampton. I live in Northampton but I'm not going to start going to Kettering to save 3p per litre for my bike. It's 16.4 miles from either to the other, that's not very close, it's quicker to get to Milton Keynes!
#36
Kettering is not a village, nor is it in Northampton. It is the 2nd largest town in Northamptonshire. It's 15 miles north east at least depending on where you live.
#37
Saw 88.9 at Shell in Greenford, London today.
