Could be  , but then it could just be a unbranded memory card . I have bought quite a few things from dealextreme and never had a problem .

have you tested if magicgate is supported on the psp from these cards?

i have used fake sony memory cards in my psp and phone and never had any problems. the casing on the one in my phone is a bit battered, but it works perfectly!
Good deal for an 8gb, i remember when the 4gb ones cost about £50+

There is no such thing as a unbranded duo card.

Sandisk are the only company to have a licence from sony to make their own DUO cards.

Any other card on the market that is not Sony or Sandisk branded are unlicensed fakes and are ilegal contriband.

Buy at your own risk.

Voted cold. It will be a counterfeit card.
You can get a legitimate card for about £31

Also spammed as counetrfeit cards can't be advertised on HUKD. :)

yeah you might be right it really looks like a fake because all the packaging looks just like sonys packaging and design just without the sony logo

Fake ones don't support MagicGate. Have you tried Crisis Core Final Fantasy 7, which movies shutters. Transfer speed is slower. Fake can cause corrupt files and die out at random times. Stick with originals.

You sure its genuine? £31 for 8gb seem fake lol. Ebay ones is 95% fakes. If it don't support MagicGate then its fake. This can be checked in psp.
