Be careful with this one,...

"SDHC Class 4 compliant" in the description along with a class 6 in the picture.

Anyone know if response times on Nintendo DS suffer when using high capacity card in Supercard, DTTS, etc.

Have some heat by the way !

I wanted one for the samsung tocco, so i just spoke to samsung and they said which memory sizes and hc i could use but knew nothing about Class type, which seems odd since they make the Tocco:?
Anyway i already have a 8gb microsdhc class 4 that works with the tocco but wanted another for my sisters tocco but not sure if class 6 would be compatible:?
If anyone else out there has used a class 6 with tocco please let us know. ta

I have used 8GB cards in a Supercard, and had no problems with speed, but admittedly, not with a game that pushes the DS.

The class of card is irrelevant to the compatibility of a device AFAIK.

So what is the relevance of the class number other than what it says on the 7dayshop.com site.:?

"Transcend’s SDHC cards are rated Class 6, which means guaranteed performance and write speeds of no less than 6MB/s."

The class of card is in relation to the speed the card can be written to.

So a class 2 is a minimum of 2MB per sec
Class 4 is a minimum of 4mb per sec etc etc.

The capacity of a device may be limited, but the class is not relevant to the device working with it.

A class 2 card would be not very good for a camcorder, but a class 6 would be a lot better, as a camcorder needs to be written to quickly.

Only pay extra for a higher class of card if you need to. This is the best price for an 8GB card class 4 or 6 that I can find.

I'll second that, cheap but slow to ship. They do offer a premium service wher you can jump the queue, so not sure if everybody else is opting for this and pushing me to the back.

Update:- Actually just arrived after about a week, so not too bad really to say they come from Guernsey. Also free P+P so can't complain. Shame they don't send an email to say goods have been shipped, that's why I assumed I wasn't going to receive them for quite a while yet.

Unless your putting on MP3's or movies, I can't see how anyone would want instant access to 150+ games.

A 4gb one holding 70+ games is more than plenty.

I ordered a transsend 4gb and 5x toshiba 2gb. Both items were showing stock plenty im sat here waiting for them to come I ordered on 24th November, I got an update as dispatched on 29th!!! Also 7 day shop don't have a phone number only a fax!!! All corespondance is through email. Ive read there terms and delivery and dispatch is in 2 backets. I've got a 4gb in one of mine and it's almost full - But 75% of the stuff on there are never played.

If you have an original R4 card, it won't work, as they only accept 2GB cards.

Personally, I think you should sell your R4 and get a different card that supports SDHC cards.
You should get £10 for your R4. You can pick up a brand new Acekard 2 for under £10.

Hi folks,

Have just updated my wifes phone to a Sony Ericson C920 and wondered if this item is correct to fit into phone
I believe it comes with 1gb as standard but as we have a baby and she is forever taking and sending photos to family i thought a bigger item would be better?

Cheers

Have you got the model number correct?

I can't find it on the SE website. Most SE phones use memory sticks(Pro Duo/M2), but some use Micro SD cards.

1GB should hold several hundred photo's, so not sure why she is filling up a 1GB card? Doesn't she download them to a computer for storage?

Apologies it is a C902

I think the card currently in is a sandisk M2?

does that sound right.....is this then compatible?

No, you can't use this. I would buy a 4GB for £9.99 in your position.
Micro M2's are always more expensive than Micro SD's.

Sandisk Micro M2
