The only problem is these cards dont work on all Micro SD compatible devices. Because the HC version seems to be different, thats what i heard and read on other websites. Dont get me wrong i want to get this but i dont know if this would work with the tocco.

Its free delivery if you spend £20

You could top it up with other MicroSD's

eg 2gb integral £3.65 each less 10% less Quidco etc

I would avoid if I were you. I got one of these from MemoryBits a while ago. It arrived with no packaging, just the card in one of those plastic cases. It then got corrupted after just two weeks. Might as well buy off eBay (which you REALLY shouldn't do!!! Fakes everywhere)

Alternatively, I got a class 6 Sandisk microSDHC 8GB Mobile Ultra at MemoryMegastore.com. It works great and came in the original packaging!!! Cost you a bit more but IMO its worth it for the peace of mind.

just ordered it with a 2GB for £19.44 delivered (10% off still working) then quidco to come off :)

No - the R4 can only use SD cards up to 2gb. This card is SDHC so won't work.

You need a newer flash card for your DS e.g. a TTDS to use the larger SDHC cards .There is one on the front page for £11 from Dealextreme.com, delivered. :)

Then you can just send it back to Sandisk as they have a lifetime warranty. I made this hot since I think it is an excellent deal for the price (even though it is a Class 4)

40p cheaper than play with delivery included.

Don't forget you can get a Pro Duo adapter (For PSP/CyberShot or any product that uses Pro Duo) off eBay for about 4 quid with postage - effectively turning this into a Pro Duo card for a quarter of the price!

Performance shouldn't be affected, better if anything.

Hot.

anyone know if this card will work with edge ds card
#20
I'd get it at play, it includes the essential MS adapter for just a little bit more.

I'm gonna buy a couple for my psp.

The one from play.com is a generic Micro SD card, not a Sandisk one that this deal is for.
Whether it's the same, better or worse I don't know.

thx for your input, I've been out of the loop on the psp modding community for a while, I'll bear that in mind when I finally purchase some more memory cards - cheers:thumbsup:

Ah following on from your point, the one linked by raggers was the generic one, not the one I meant.

Sandisk Micro SD HC 8GB Memory Card with adapter £16.99 at Play

Look good to anyone?

edit: just checked thesaintsCheapest Pro Duo memory stick / Micro SD cards thread - the prices/listings are in there anyway.

Good work - repped:)

It will work in the DS edge card. I got one of these from amazon and it works great

Good deal on this 8GB Sandisk at Class 4 speed with no adapter. I bought two weeks' ago from mymemory when they were doing the 10% discount the 8GB class 6 version with a tiny USB adapter. for just £2 more. The extra £2 is well worth the Class 4 to Class 6 speed , plus the tiny USB adapter makes this the smallest flash stick ever for me. And I have one of those microSD to pro duo adapter too!
Here was my transaction on mymemory.com
SDSDQY-8192-E11M - SanDisk 8GB ULTRA Micro SD (SDHC) Card - Class 6 + USB Reader 1 £16.79 (they have gone up to £20.99 now but worth bearing in mind this price in case that they discount again which is about once a quarter)

Note that if no Class is stated in product description it is probably Class 2 or less and they are slow for 8GB of transfers!
#29
Just received mine and its class 2, even though the pic has a class 4 and they state read speeds up to 5mb

****ing tossers. I'm sending mine back for a refund. Class 4 was pushing it for me, but Class 2 takes the ****.

Here is the returns for anyone else who got duped:

#36
