8x PACK Princes Tuna in Brine for £5.00 @ Asda

Found this 8x pack of Tinned tuna in ASDA after almost buying the current special floating about on here for 4 tins @£3. The 8-pack is exactly the same size tins at 185 grams nett weight or 130 grams drained weight.

So it works out a £1 cheaper for this pack than buying 2 of the £3 packs. I'm sure there are a lot of Tuna sandwich lovers out there, or if not, spoil your cat.

This seems to be instore only.

Farmfoods do the 4 pack for £2.50 so it works out the same for those poor enough to live near a Farmfoods store!! ;)

wondering what goes on here. tuna in brine is got crap taste.tuna in oil, much better.Cannot never find the one in oil for the same price as the one in brine. manufacturing cost must add 1penny for a dozen tin more or less. So, I must assume that the one in brine must be of a badly lower quality one. Anyway, i remember many years ago I bought a lot of the one in oil which was at a 50%discount from Makro and spotted that they put rubish inside. Momentarily buying a good quality from lidl in oil at only 49p per tin and it is lovely.

Can get 8 tins of sunflower oil tuna for £6 at tesco at the mo, think its worth the extra £1 imo.

Great deal, my local Spar was doing a 4-pack for £2. It was one of the bigger Spar shops & I am unsure whether it is nationwide.

Surprise that Spar has such a good deal instore :)
