  Highly likely considering HMRC wanting their every bit they can scrape in, think its £18 parcelforce / Royal Mail fee plus 20% of the price.

  No, the "watch the customs" types are right.
  You MIGHT get away with it. But I'd say you're 75% likely to get done.

  The seller must state the value of contents on parcel so you will take a vat hit at least. About £38 in this case.

  Strikes me the Hannspad and an updated ROM of your choice is still the way to go in budget tablets.
