  4 for a quid at sainsbury if no Morrison's near by. Flakes are awesome just end up getting crumbs all over :-)

  Avoid them like the plague now. Kraft (who now own Cadbury's) have pretty much ruined the Flake. We need to start a Facebook campaign to get it back to the Original.
  
  It was the one product under Cadbury's that remained untouched, truely the crumbliest, flakiest milk chocolate in the world, well not anymore it ain't.
  
  Even when Cadburys bulked out the ratio of Cocoa Butter in Dairy Milk, with Vegetable Fats, it seemed, the Flake's ratio wasn't tampered with because it would ruin the texture.
  
  (World Cocoa butter prices went through a price spike, meaning cheaper Vegetable Fats were added to bulk the ratio to Cocoa butter to attempt to keep the retail price of Dairy Milk the same - that why when you eat a big bar, it leaves a sort of after taste of Vegetable Fats in your mouth.
  
  Please Kraft - can we have the original recipe back!. Rant over.

  I have a friend in America who said she loved Flakes, and wishes you could get them over there. So I bought two packs of 4 (£1.75 each) and sent them over (£7 postage). Now, reading this, I realise that a) the current flakes are too small b) they're rubbish c) they're probably going to melt anyway. (Jack Bauer voice) DAMNIT.

  I bought a 4 pack of Twirls and was godsmacked at how small they was,it`s ok having all theses deals but your no better off as they nearly half the size!

  Just to add to what has already been said.
  You have to be very cautious with these packs now.
  They look like standard bars but when you check the weight they are not always - some are.
  e.g. CDM used to be 4 x 50gm now 4 x 35gm thats 30% smaller, not just Cabburys either.
  Very dissapointing when you get home and realise you have been had.

  Generally the cadbury 'deals' (and most others - galaxy etc) sit around the £1 for 100g (however which way they package up the offer). Check the overall weight on pack. If you getting around 170-180g for a £1, your onto a winner - 4xFull Size Mars Bounty Bars fit this criteria. The Mars deals for a £1 are pretty good at the Moment, but there are more 3 Packs around in smaller outlets, so be careful. Cadbury ones don't really offer 'real' value, once you use this method.

  Yep, offer up a multi pack twirl to a single bar you'd pick up the newsagent and you'll only be sad.
