Holland and Barrett are over priced in my opinion. www.myprotein.co.uk is far better for affordable supplements, though I buy protein and creatine from my local gym.

Wont even last you a week. Better value to buy plain creatine like this:

http://monstersupplements.com/store/p/511/1/Reflex-Creapure-Creatine----500g.html

It'll last you about 80 days

wow this stuff is junk, it has 75g of sugar per 100g and only about 11g of creatine in it per 100g, so basically this is 100g of creatine at their official price
of £19.95.

People in the know goto Bulkpowders.co.uk or Myprotein.co.uk.

http://www.bulkpowders.co.uk/product.php/282/16/creatine_monohydrate

£1.99 for 100g, even cheaper if you buy 500g.

Its actually OK stuff. Its high in sugar because its best used as a pre-workout drink, to give you a boost of energy. It uses Dextrose, so its a good level of GI for workout energy. The sugar also helps the creatine as the blood sugar increase causes a release of insulin, which helps transport the creatine into the muscles. At 4.99 its good, but I wouldnt pay much more for it. Just think of it as an energy booster with added creatine.

I vote hot.
