Apparently they are sending V3 out instead of V2 as well

Not bad if you convert to clubcard deals, actually adds 1138 points for me, but only worth £11.38 if you spend your points instore!

Pay with a Tesco Plus card and get an extra 139 points making a total of 1277. Worth £12.77 in store or £51.08 in deals.

Good deal if you collect clubcard points - voting hot....

you can get this for £120 ish elsewhere so not really worth £40 in deals, more like £20 in real terms... but it's still £20 better than nowt :-D

V2 is the better option though, V3 isn't upgradable because of the lack of SD slot and only 512mb internal memory... no room for Euro maps :|

Can you get the points and then return the TOMTOM without losing the points?

I've heard that the V2 is better as you can update with euro maps via the sd slot however can the "mapshare" be used with the V2 one?

It is possible however you've got to be lucky that the assistant doesn't take them back off your card (you might not know that they're doing it because they take your clubcard for address etc). Also there are stories of people being made to look silly by getting security involved to check over the return so if you're up for wasting your time and getting a bit embarressed along the way then worth a risk!!!

Not such a good deal when you have to pay nearly £5 for postage as well

You can opt to pick it up instore, saving £5 p&p. Although we had great difficulty getting any store near us online:x Even though our local store had them instock:roll:

Nice One Ult. I have asked Santa for one of these! Perhaps I also need to tell Santa that the Clubcard points are available - may swing it!
