Snobs ahoy! The diamonds are in a big set, but that's to be expected at this price. Looks like a nice ring ot me

2 gms @ 9ct isnt really much of a metal. However, adding in the cheap quality diamond and sapphires, i'd agree that it is about the right price
#9
:pi could buy this and send it off in the post to a gold dealer and get at least £3.75 for it

Theres a resession on you know. Were not all rich B*****ds

Looks good for the price to me too.

So what would all the snobbish moaners buy for their ladies (or gents I guess) then instead?

Some of us arent loaded/ foolish and besides how many of us could actually tell the difference between a quality diamond / gold etc and rubbish. I bet if this was sold in Harrods for 10 times the price you'd go for it. :whistling:

Granted, I wouldnt buy it to be a tight a**e for a super special occasion but as an extra gift on say a birthday for the missus as a bith stone ring I'd go for it.

Cheers OP, heat an rep.

People will always try and take a power trip. Search their other posts and you'll usually see them haggling over the price of a second hand Playstation game or getting excited by a Freeview recorder. ;-)

I don't like it much but the style certainly isn't chav at all - it's very traditional (read 'old fashioned' if you like).

If you've nothing intelligent or sensible to say just shut up (long silence follows!).

Just full of snobs this place i guess. :)

I think a £38 eternity ring would be a bit of an insult myself, no matter what it looks like.
I couldn't give this to someone I loved and feel good about it.

It's less than a tank of petrol FFS!

Great!
i'm gonna buy this and tell the wife it was over £150:thumbsup:

Seeing as eternity rings were just a marketing ploy by the diamond merchants to shift more stock this looks like a good deal.

Can't see why some people need to have proof on their finger that their husband loves them.

Exactly. My beatch could have saved me a shedload if she'd just dropped the whole wedding thing to start with!

Good old fashioned relationships built on material items, true love.

There's no getting around it. This ring is ugly bugly.

Nice price.

Personally I've never understood the craze for ostentatious shiny baubles.
Besides, diamonds are a totally rigged 'market' anyways, they really aren't worth anything much
(the big diamond 'houses' control the supply to try to keep prices artificially high).
Lashings of gold always did look cheap to me.

Personally I think this little ring looks quite slim & elegant

Reality/Truth is what it is and people are who or what they are. Those who always assume need to do so because they really know nothing. This sort of statement is not for ruffling nor insulting anyone but to awaken those who desired to be so awakened [even should there be none].

There is no such thing as "9 ct" gold much like there is no such thing as, say, "royalty". A culture is what a group of people do which mostly has little to do with reality. It's called, "A Back-Slapping Club". The people of this country are the victims of their "colonial" breathrens who, after having been denied of "riches afar", then [re]turned to scavenged the "bottom of the barrel".

Go forth to the "East" and ask for "9ct" gold and the respondent knows a mug is before him. It's like asking for "self-certified money" to spend on the wider world. There's one born every second, so the man who will not take, "No", for zer answer laughs, as he ambles his way to Ye Credit Shoppe. The "Internet" has broken the back of "The Anglo-Saxon Mass Media Hegemony" [though the latter is trying to own the former too by claiming zist und zat], use it and help make the forthcoming generation, an enlightened one as opposed to still holding launch parties for zist und zat "Anniversaries" - Ja? Gut!

The living is within and has little to do with "without"/"the outside". When we are OK within, the whole universe is also OK but in contrast, should 9ct gold be the aim, only the living [but] dead harkens. The material realm, oka materialism, has only one role and that is to elicit the love/living within through the act of generosity and not to spoil, indulge, comfort, pamper and so forth. The weapon used to groom the latter aspects is called Ignorance, oka greed-*um-fear. Don’t react but [try to] witness and soon, everything becomes AOK. …. and Christmas, Santa and Cola are on their way. Long may they reign too ... and a Merry Christmas to you too …. whilst remembering that the aim of the material/diversity is for realising the-immaterial/collectivity [which is not to be confused with collectivisation], oka Unity/Love
