Jump to unread Post a Comment1 – Open to UK residents aged 18 and over at the time of transaction, except employees and their immediate families of Heinz and each of its group companies, their agents and anyone professionally connected to this promotion.
2 – We have a limited number of ‘Get Well’ soup cans available for purchase, when that limit is reached, ‘Get Well’ soup cans will no longer be available.
3 – ‘Get Well’ soup cans are only available for purchase through Facebook. Each Facebook fan can only purchase one can of Cream of Chicken or Cream of Tomato per transaction but is able to order for and pay for as many cans as they wish.
4 - All transactions through third parties or agents are invalid.
5 – For orders received before 5pm, users can expect to wait 3-4 working days for delivery with each can delivered via Royal Mail 1st class postage.
6 – If the recipient isn’t home to receive the package it will be sent to their nearest Royal Mail collection point.
7 – By ordering a ‘Get Well’ soup can, users are deemed to have read, understood and accepted all of the Terms and Conditions and agreed to be bound by them and any requirements set out in accompanying material.
8 – There are a set amount of ‘Get Well’ soup cans available for purchase, with 500 available for purchase through the Facebook page every day throughout the campaign period.
9 – If a user completes the can purchase process, the individual agrees for their email to be used as point of correspondence by Heinz
10 – Any transactions that do not meet our page moderation guidelines (which can be found on the info tab on the Facebook page) or are deemed offensive or inappropriate in any way by Heinz will be null and void and refunded to the originating user.
11- Payments made via Paypal e-cheque are not available as this affects order delivery turnaround and trackability
12– This application is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to Heinz and not to Facebook.
13 – Information regarding personal data, which is provided by you when you complete a transaction, will be processed in a database for the purpose of managing this offer. Such information will not be used for any other purpose than as stated in these Terms and Conditions or as separately accepted by you. Ok maybe there's some novelty value, but I can't really see how this is a 'deal' as such.

Especially as you can get 5 cans of soup delivered for less than the cost of a Dominos pizza!
Take a tipex correction pen to a standard tin of tomato soup and go nuts.
