On April 10th, 1912, RMS Titanic sailed from Southampton on her maiden voyage. On her fourth night at sea she struck and iceberg and sank with the loss of 1,500 passengers and crew. The film faithfully depicts the drama, heroism and horror of the night the unsinkable sank.

Side B: The Making of a Night to Remember
Includes behind-the-scenes footage of the movie including interviews with producer William MacQuitty (who saw the ship launched) and the author of the book, Walter Lord. Features historical footage of the Titanic, the 1958 London film premiere and the original theatrical trailers.

Not Anamorphic Enhanced as the previous version was.
Walter Lord. An appropriate name for something about the Titanic.
Great film, far better than 'Titanic' imo
yeah - best version for sure.
People actually like a film that focuses on the main event on the ship actually sinking rather than James Camerons version of people running about threatening to kill their womans lover and barely any mention of the sinking???

I wasn't sure of what this meant but after having a look at this http://www.thedigitalbits.com/articles/anamorphic/anamorphic185demo.html I now know so I will give this version a miss. Anyone know where you can get the Anamorphic Enhanced version? :thinking:
