Less than £15pppn for a stay in a well-rated place close to the borders.
Like whether the chicken or the egg came first, and who should get the last Rolo, the boarder country between England and Scotland has been disputed since time began. While there is still a lot of tension amongst warring Rolo aficionados and poultry enthusiasts, the boarder country is now a peaceful area, where people can take in the scenery without threat. Take a break from the futile debates of the modern world with today’s Groupon, which offers a night’s B&B for two, with a drink too on arrival at The Redesdale Arms Hotel in Northumberland for £29 instead of £86 .

Seems remote and their website doens't price their menu so I wonder whether you end up paying for an expensive dinner?

The boarder country (sic) - great place for a hotel

Please put Groupon in the title, thanks.

Its nice there - I have had a meal and its on par with most decent "pub grub" prices.
Burger and Chips were under £10, Steak and Chips £16.

The National Park is beautiful as well, just watch out for midges if you go in the summer!

Let's hope they did a good job with the fire alarms and the fire-proofing when they rebuilt it!

Newcomer to Groupon - but running through the order screen now, it looks as though you can't choose your preferred date of stay when paying for the deal? Any one know how this works?

I had a browse through their site but couldn't find anything that definitively answered my questions.

Normally Groupon give you a voucher which you need to print off, you then need to contact the hotel and book and hand over voucher on arrival. Simples.
