Definitely for the loose screw the buyer must have:p

There is nothing as safe a bricks and mortar, and if you buy this house you wont even have that.

Imagine this house in a hurricane.

Little pig .little pig ................ need I say more ..!!!!!!!

In the pictures it looks more like balsa wood.
Use those clubcard points towards several buckets of creosote.

You will only get 3x the points, so £600, but this isnt £600 in cash it is Tesco Vouchers which in reality isn't £600 as you don't always get the full value as you have to pay the 'book price' on most things and can't use any other discounts with them (Having just redeemed alot recently) Quidco isn't guaranteed.

So the cost is £10K!!
#20
Thanks. Ordered 10. One for me, 9 to sell on eBay.

I think this is hot. So what if it was cheaper 6 months ago - this is the cheapest you'll find it now. And clubcard points and Quidco will take the price down even further.
#27

Stain it dark brown and it would blend in better.

The main problem with a non masonary structure is...

No mortgage availbale = nobody can buy it from you. Also I guess it creeks in the wind. And we do get more hurricanes than the USA get tornados, but they are mostly small, and we don't go shouting about it. It is also why the americans build in wood. The concrete base is left, for a 're-design' - lol
