My first post so hope I dont offend anyone....
This laptop is supposed to be New for Spring 2012. Seems to be a decent spec laptop. I think the i7-2670 is a quad? (correct me if I'm wrong). Looking at other i7 laptops i see them with prices starting at around £500-£700 so given this is newer and 2nd gen i7 seems like a good deal to me.

Heat
Unbelievable spec for the price
I'd be perfect if it was 13".
That price I'm tempted to say it's a misprice...
EDIT - Yes, it's a Quad... the CPU price alone is £238... even at £600 this is quite a good deal...

That price I'm tempted to say it's a misprice...
It says instore price is £599, this is a web exclusive.
Which leads me to ask, if you reserve and collect can you still pay the £399? Reason is I have gift vouchers to spend!
£599 at PC World?

I want to cancel Comet order but before that I want confirmation email of this order from Currys.
Does anyone know if Comet treats cancellation of orders appropriately and whether I can cancel it immediately or have to wait until it is delivered?

The "web exclusive" price applies to online sales, either for home delivery or for for collect@store.
The more I think about it, the more I DEFINITELY think it's a misprice.
If you reserve it and they put the price up, your price is still valid - although I'm sure in the T&C's they could refuse to sell it for that price if they wanted to.
EDIT - In short, if you reserve NOW yes you can use your gift vouchers in store, assuming they don't cancel it.
