These are superb. This a great price. I use mine for my mountain bike with shrader valve. Set the psi you want, press the button and a few seconds later it's done.

    Why for bikes only?

The reviews aren't great compared to the Ring models - but the Ring models are more expensive. However, you may need to use this in an emergency so it may be better to pay a bit more get a good one.

That's rubbish, I purchased one of these some time ago from a listing on here (similar to the AA one)

And it works perfectly for my car tyres and I've used it on at least 3 other cars!

Ok but price not, pick a cheap version up in home bargains for £3.99 and it works just as-well..

I've got one of these and it's completely identical to the Ring RAC600 that I got from Amazon on here a while ago that it replaced - it's exactly the same unit (controls, display etc all identical) apart from the AA branding

These are all exactly the same. The Ring ones are the same as the AA which are the same as the unbranded ones available from the likes of Gizoo. I've had an unbranded one for nearly 12 months and used it on average once a month with no issues. I've compared it with the Ring version a friend of mine has and it is 100% identical in every detail - except that he paid nearly double what I did.

Well in that case it is a good deal.. I think that's the model I have and it is fine. I think for slightly non-techie people the analogue version may be simpler to use as I have to get the manual out sometimes to remember how to change the preset cutoff pressure. It's no problem if all of your tyres have to have the same pressure in them but if not you have to change it.

    Great price then!

Thanks - looks like some are good, others bad, but Amazon will replace.

It is cheaper - but it's analogue.
with AA for £3 more you get digital compressor. You can pre set pressure - hook it up - press a button and off you go.
    Much easier to use

But as mentioned above you have to set the pressure you want it to fill to. If you need to change it you have to know how to do it. It is not self evident. My mum would never be able to work it out... and I have to check the manual every now and then to do it.
